About
Karras Photography was started in 1980 by Nicholas Karras who built a reputation of exceptional service with San Diego hotels and DMC’s. His son, Jesse Karras joined the business in 1998 and continued the tradition of top-tier customer service with a team of talented photographers. They also added new services such as the Laughshots photo booth and plenary photo shows that complemented their existing photography offerings.
In addition to photography, Jesse is a seasoned graphic designer producing logos, web, and print designs. As such, he understands the photographic aesthetic that is needed for effective design and marketing materials and shoots with this in mind for his clients. Many of our clients continue to request their photography service each year after they discover the value and enjoyment of working Karras Photography.
